The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
Original packaging, tags, and accessories (if any) are intact
Products that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return.

Return approval is subject to inspection and verification by SoboLifestyles.
Once a return is approved:
Refunds will be processed after the returned product passes inspection
Refunds may be issued via original payment method or alternative method, depending on payment type
Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds may be processed via mobile banking or bank transfer
Refund processing time may take 7–10 business days after approval.
Where applicable, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.
If the return is due to our mistake (damaged, defective, or wrong item), return shipping costs will be covered by SoboLifestyles
If the return is requested for reasons not related to our error, shipping costs must be borne by the customer
Orders may be cancelled before shipment only. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
SoboLifestyles shall not be responsible for any loss or damage caused due to delays, courier handling, or circumstances beyond our control.
